Nandish M R

Nandish M R has a solid work experience in the field of analytics and artificial intelligence. Nandish is currently working at Scienaptic AI as the Leader of AI Consulting for the APAC region. Prior to this, they worked at Course5i as an Analytics Program Manager for Applied Artificial Intelligence, where they were responsible for architecting data science solutions to solve complex business problems, spearheading proof-of-concepts and project proposals, and providing consultative support on advanced analytics. Nandish also mentored and guided project managers and lead data scientists and managed risks and issues. Some notable projects they worked on include building a tool to identify retail stores for effective in-store campaigns, developing a simulator to optimize sales potential, and designing and implementing customer lifetime value models.

Before joining Course5i, Nandish worked at Allstate India, where they held the position of Lead Analytics Consultant for Marketing Analytics. Nandish was responsible for developing models for targeting and personalization strategies, model validation, and understanding the impact of model variables. Prior to that, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Lead Data Analyst for Marketing Analytics, where they built models to predict product sales and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing development funds. Nandish also created regional Tableau dashboards for sales insights.

Nandish M R's education history begins in 2005 when they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Techniques at ATNCC in Shimoga. Nandish completed this program in 2008.

After a gap, in 2010 they enrolled at Symbiosis in Pune and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Administration by 2012.

Following this, there was another break in education, and in 2019 Nandish M R started a Master's degree program in Economics at Indira Gandhi National Open University. Nandish completed this program in 2021.
