Jim Hoke

Jim Hoke started their career in 2000 as an Executive Officer and Commanding Officer in the US Navy. From 2000 to 2004, they also served as a Program Manager for PMA-205 & 290. In 2006, they became an Action Officer in the Joint Staff, J-8 Capabilities and Acquisition Division, until 2008. Jim then served as Commander of Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing FIVE from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as the Chief of Staff for PEO (Unmanned Systems and Strike Weapons), and from 2011 to 2014, they were the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Manager in the US Navy. In 2015, Jim joined Science and Engineering Services, LLC, where they held various roles, including Senior Program Manager, Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President Naval Programs. In this position, they built a comprehensive strategic plan, improved the reputation of the company, and secured new contracts. Jim Hoke has a diverse education history. Jim obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy, which they attended from 1980 to 1984. Later on, they pursued a Master of Aeronautical Science (M.A.S.) degree in Aviation/Aerospace Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University during the period of 1991 to 1993. In addition, they completed two executive courses from the Defense Acquisition University, namely the PMT-402 Executive Program Managers Course and the PMT-302 Program Managers Course.
