Julia Kapusta

Julia Kapusta is currently serving as a Communications Assistant at the Boston University Initiative on Cities and as a Student Fellow at Boston University Marsh Chapel. With extensive experience in publishing, Julia acts as the Publisher for The BU Buzz Magazine, overseeing the printing and distribution of magazines and managing a significant budget. Previous roles include an internship at The Brookings Institution, where Julia supported local leader engagement, and Community Engagement Research Assistant at the Social Learning Lab at Boston University, coordinating volunteer activities. Julia also holds leadership experience as the Treasurer for the Association of Latino Professionals for America at Boston University and has participated in various volunteer and internship roles focused on education and community service. Julia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Boston University, expected to graduate in 2024, following graduation from Mount Carmel Academy.
