Genny Kiff

Genny Kiff is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Good Financial Grant Practice and Business Change Leader at the University of Oxford since December 2022, and as a Senior Advisor for Good Financial Grant Practice at the Science for Africa Foundation since April 2018. Previously, Genny held the role of Chief Financial Officer at both the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit and the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, where responsibilities included strategic business partnership and budget alignment. Genny's extensive background also includes serving as Head of Financial Planning and Reporting at the Wellcome Trust, with significant involvement in financial governance and oversight of various entities, and earlier experience as a Senior Audit Manager with Ernst & Young. Genny began a career in finance after earning a Post Graduate Diploma of Accountancy from Victoria University of Wellington and has a diverse background that includes research at General Electric Company (UK), along with teaching and various roles in farming and travel.
