Shadrack Kirui

Shadrack Kirui currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Science for Africa Foundation since May 2022, previously holding the same role at The AECF from November 2019 to May 2022. With extensive experience in human resources across multiple organizations, Shadrack Kirui has demonstrated expertise in developing HR strategies, managing talent, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Earlier roles include Group Human Resources Advisor at Bonfide Group, Human Resources Manager at Amref Health Africa, and various positions in human resources at organizations like Bridge International Academies, Trocaire, and Sidian Bank Limited. Shadrack Kirui holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Moi University, completed in 2011.
