Michelle DiMeo is an accomplished professional in library and museum management with extensive experience in strategic planning, collections development, and digital initiatives. Currently serving as Vice-President of Collections and Programs at the Science History Institute since April 2020, Michelle oversees a team of 25 employees and manages an annual budget exceeding $3 million. Previously, Michelle held roles including Director of the Othmer Library at the Science History Institute and Associate Library Director for Collections Development at Hagley Museum and Library. Educational credentials include a PhD in History/English from the University of Warwick, a Certificate in Digital Curation and Management from the University of Maryland, and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Warwick and Roosevelt University, respectively.

Science History Institute Library • Museum • Center for Scholars Formed by the merger of the Chemical Heritage Foundation and the Life Sciences Foundation, the Science History Institute collects and shares the stories of innovators and of discoveries that shape our lives. We preserve and interpret the history of chemistry, chemical engineering, and the life sciences.
