Neal Sutton

Neal Sutton is an experienced professional with a strong background in visitor experience management, currently serving as the Director of Visitor Experience at the Science Museum of Minnesota since August 2014. In this role, Neal leads the strategic direction and overall management of the visitor experience department, focusing on building a diverse team that delivers exceptional service aligned with the museum’s mission and values. Previous positions at the museum include Visitor Experience Manager, Operations Assistant Manager, Operations Coordinator II, and Visitor Experience Team Lead, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of customer service and team leadership. Neal's early experience includes roles as a Delivery Driver at DaVanni's Pizza & Hoagies and a Tour Guide at the Landmark Center. Neal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from St. Cloud State University.
