Josie Pearson

Josie Pearson serves as the Director of Organizational Development at Science Systems and Applications, Inc (SSAI), a position held since August 2016, with previous roles including Organizational Development Manager and Human Resources Manager. Pearson was involved with the HR Virginia SHRM State Council from January 2016 to December 2022, holding titles such as Lead District Director and Eastern District Director. Pearson's leadership within the Peninsula Chapter of SHRM included positions as SHRM Foundation Chair from January 2019 to December 2021, as well as President and VP of Membership from January 2013 to December 2015. Prior experience includes roles in HR management at MAG Aerospace and in various human resources capacities within the government contracting and non-profit sectors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from The George Washington University.
