Ken Glasheen

Ken Glasheen has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Ken worked at ScienceLogic from 2019 to the present, initially as a Senior Manager Technical Support EMEA, then as a Director of Global Technical Support, and currently as a Senior Director of Global Technical Support. At ScienceLogic, they gained expertise in IT Operations Management and provided actionable insights to predict and resolve problems faster. Prior to ScienceLogic, Ken worked at Dell EMC for over 20 years. Ken held various roles such as Senior Manager in Engineering Service Delivery for Hybrid Cloud, Senior Manager in Escalation Engineering for Cloud/Object Storage Solutions, Principal Software Engineer in Object Storage Solutions, Technical Support Specialist, and Regional Technical Specialist for SAN/File/Object/Block Storage Solutions. Throughout their career, Ken demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed global teams, and focused on customer experience and satisfaction.

Ken Glasheen has a Diploma in Digital Business from the Irish Management Institute, which they obtained in May 2017. Ken also has a Diploma in Data Business from the same institute. In addition, they completed a Project Management course at The Open University in 1999-2000. Ken's earlier education includes studies in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician at Munster Technological University from 1993 to 1995.
