Todd Harris

Todd Harris currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at ScienceLogic, where responsibilities include managing legal operations related to corporate and commercial transactions, M&A, and compliance while overseeing a team of legal professionals. In addition to this role, Todd has been an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center since 2004. Prior professional experience includes positions as partner and attorney at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, attorney at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton, and law clerk to the Honorable William M. Acker, Jr. at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Todd holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, as well as graduate degrees from Yale University and postgraduate studies at Goethe University Frankfurt and the University of Tübingen, complemented by an undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College.
