Antonio del Sole

Antonio Del Sole is an experienced academic and legal professional with a diverse background in law and governance. Currently serving as a Visiting Professor at Sciences Po Lille since October 2021, Antonio specializes in the European Union Institutions and the Law-Making Process, alongside Business Law and Human Rights in Global Governance. As a Legal and Policy Officer at the European Public Prosecutor's Office since July 2021, Antonio provides legal advice within the Operations and College Support Unit. Additionally, Antonio has held various academic roles, including Adjunct Professor at the University of Parma since 2003, Lecturer at Hertie School in 2021, and Visiting Professor at multiple institutions, focusing mainly on European Business Law and EU legislative processes. Antonio's educational qualifications include a PhD in Law from Università del Salento and an LLM from Università degli Studi di Parma, complemented by a specialization in Tax Law and a focus on Information Technology Law.
