Régis Chatellier

Régis Chatellier serves as the Innovation and Foresight Project Manager at the CNIL - Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés since 2016, focusing on exploring data and privacy issues to innovate in regulatory practices. As a Senior Lecturer at Sciences Po Urban School, Régis leads courses on urban data governance and mentors students on capstone projects. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Le hub agence, where Régis coordinated the "Datact" action research project, and an extensive background in journalism and digital communication. Equipped with a Diplôme d'école from Sciences Po Grenoble and additional studies in Applied Foreign Languages from Université Rennes 2, Régis brings a robust interdisciplinary approach to the intersection of digital innovation, ethics, and urban strategy.
