Ramphis Castro

Ramphis Castro, PE, JD, serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Investments at the Platform for Social Impact, an impact investment fund dedicated to enhancing economic mobility for families in Puerto Rico. In addition to this role, Ramphis is a Limited Partner and Founding Genesis Member of VC3 DAO, facilitating investments in Web3 companies, and co-founded ScienceVest to support hard-tech and life science startups. Other significant contributions include membership on the Board of Trustees for Fractured Atlas, involvement in the selection committee for Parallel18, and participation in the Founders Pledge community. Previous experience includes advisory roles at Inicio Ventures and SOSV, as well as a mentorship position with the Kauffman Fellows Society, where Ramphis also completed the fellowship program. Ramphis holds multiple degrees in law and engineering from various prestigious institutions, including the University of Puerto Rico and Harvard Kennedy School.
