Jil Shingledecker

Jil Shingledecker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jil most recently held the position of VP, Communications at Sciens Building Solutions starting in October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Portfolio Content Director at RoundTower Technologies, LLC from February 2018 to October 2019.

In 2017, Jil worked at Autodesk as a Communications Program Manager, focusing on creating quality communications for the IT organization. Jil held this role from March 2017 to February 2018.

From April 2016 to March 2017, Jil served as the Communications Director at Sunrun, where they led internal communications for nearly 3,000 employees and developed a company-wide communications strategy.

Jil worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from July 2015 to March 2016 as the Corporate Relations Principal, providing strategic communications support to the Customer Care organization.

From 2009 to 2014, Jil worked at Siemens as a Communications Manager, responsible for communication planning and implementation support for the mobility and logistics division.

Prior to that, Jil worked as a Marketing Manager at Levy Restaurants from December 2007 to December 2008.

Jil started their career at Siemens in 2001 as a Corporate Communications professional, managing marketing and public relations programs for global power generation products and services.

Jil's early work experience includes the role of Marketing/PR Specialist at Trans Continental Entertainment from January 1999 to October 2001, where they handled day-to-day marketing, promotional, and media relations needs for various operating companies.

Jil Shingledecker obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications and Public Relations from Rollins College.
