Ahmed Barakat

Ahmed Barakat is an accomplished GIS Operations Manager with extensive experience in planning, coordination, and control of GIS projects. Currently employed at Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. since March 2021, Ahmed previously held the same title at Saudi Map from 2011 to February 2021, where responsibilities included ensuring efficient production of goods and services. Earlier in career, Ahmed served as a GIS Specialist at Gitex Egypt from 2006 to 2011, and contributed as a PHP Developer, designing and developing over 80 websites. Ahmed is pursuing a Master of Science in GIS at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Zagazig University.
