David Tilston

David Tilston is the current Non-executive Director at Scientific Digital Imaging Plc. Prior to this, they served as the Interim CFO for Northgate plc from September 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they led the development of the company's fleet optimisation policy which generated £60 million of cash during the 2019 fiscal year. David also refinanced Northgate plc's syndicated bank facilities and raised an additional £50 million of debt facilities.

From November 2016 to May 2017, Tilston served as the Interim CFO for Consort Medical Plc. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Hexameter Services Limited and the Group Finance Director at Innovia Group (Holding 1) Limited from March 2012 to March 2015.
