Martha H. is a seasoned lottery expert with over 30 years of experience in both domestic and international lotteries. Currently serving as the General Manager for the AR Lottery at Scientific Games since November 2007, Martha manages a business unit that supported the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery with notable FY19 sales of $407 million. Previous roles include General Manager for the NC Lottery, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, vendor relationships, and instant ticket product development. Martha's extensive background includes account management for domestic and international clients and client services management for lottery and direct mail at Dittler Brothers, Inc. Martha is recognized as a recipient of the 2012 NASPL Powers Award and possesses a comprehensive skill set in product management, sales, marketing, project management, and operations.
