Phil Bauer

Phil Bauer currently serves as Vice-President, Corporate Counsel at Scientific Games International, Inc., a position held since 1999, while also having served as Senior VP for both iLottery and IBVD. Prior to this, Phil Bauer worked as a Staff Attorney for the Georgia Secretary of State from October 1998 to September 1999 and as an Associate Attorney at Deming, Parker, Hoffman, Green & Campbell from July 1997 to October 1998. Phil Bauer holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from Central European University, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Emory University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Linfield University.
