Ashley Huggins

Ashley Huggins is a dedicated professional with a strong background in program administration and billing within the medical field. Currently serving as Program Administrator II at Scientific Research Corporation since January 2022, Ashley supports the Department of State Overseas Buildings Operations in North Charleston, South Carolina. Previously held the role of Program Administrator I in the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an A/R, Billing and Collection Specialist at Low Country ENT PA, where responsibilities encompassed managing patient accounts, processing insurance payments, and handling billing inquiries. Additional experience includes positions at Carolina Dermatology Clinic as a Collection/Insurance Specialist and at Ash and T's Consignment and Moving Company as Manager/Office Coordinator. Ashley holds an Associate of Arts degree from Trident Technical College and a high school diploma from Summerville High School.
