Kimberly McLaughlin

Kimberly McLaughlin, CEBS, SHRM-CP, serves as the Division Director of Human Resources at Scientific Research Corporation, having progressed through roles such as Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Generalist since July 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Benefits Coordinator for the City of Charleston and HR Benefits Specialist at South Carolina Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities encompassed administering employee benefits, conducting orientations, and managing wellness initiatives. McLaughlin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Charleston Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the College of Charleston.
