Margaret Buckingham

Margaret (Peggy) Buckingham currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager at Scientific Research Corporation, having previously held a Project Intern position at HKPO - Making Change for the Better. With extensive experience in the US Navy spanning from 2009 to 2023, Buckingham has functioned as a Senior Advisor and Department Manager, overseeing large teams responsible for critical communications operations and tactical planning across multiple oceanic areas. Significant achievements include managing the morale and welfare of over 1,000 enlisted personnel and receiving multiple commendations, including the Navy Commendation Medal. Buckingham holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and has completed extensive vocational training and professional development through the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Naval War College.
