Vincent Turner

Vincent Turner is an experienced Planning & Control Analyst and Mechanical Quality Assurance Inspector currently supporting the US Department of State on the $170 million Kampala US Embassy expansion project at Scientific Research Corporation. Prior to this role, Vincent served as an HVAC Mechanic III at PAE, and held positions as a Mechanical Engineering Technician at Meltech Corp., USIDC, and Caddell Construction, contributing to significant rehabilitation and construction projects for the US government. Additional experience includes managing security operations as a Shift Supervisor for Constellis and serving in the Georgia National Guard as a Section Chief, with multiple overseas deployments. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Georgia and a diploma in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology from Gwinnett Technical College.
