Huaibei Zhou

Huaibei Zhou has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Huaibei served as the President of Scientific Research Publishing, Inc. USA since December 2007. Prior to that, they were the Dean of International School of Software Engineering at Wuhan University from April 2005 to March 2013. Huaibei also worked at GE as a V irginia from May 1995 to April 2002.

Huaibei Zhou obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Space Plasma Physics from the University of Maryland. This took place from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1987, Zhou completed Master and Bachelor degrees in Space Physics at Wuhan University.
