Amy Hearne

Amy Hearne is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality engineering and continuous improvement leadership in the biotechnology and food manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Director and Global Innovation Danaher Business System Leader at SCIEX since March 2018, Amy supports senior leadership in executing strategic objectives through the Danaher Business System. Previous roles include Lead Quality Engineer at SCIEX, managing external quality programs, and Quality Engineer positions at General Mills, where responsibilities encompassed quality, food safety, and regulatory programs across multiple yogurt and cereal platforms. Amy also completed a Quality and Regulatory Operations internship at General Mills and worked as an Engineering Co-op at Roche. Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
