Chris Connors has extensive experience in the technical service and management field, particularly in mass spectrometry and chromatography. Since joining SCIEX in April 2008, Chris has advanced to the position of Senior District Service Manager-Americas, overseeing a team of 12 field service engineers across seven Midwestern states and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at numerous sites. Prior to SCIEX, Chris served as Production Site Manager at Applied Biosystems, where a new business support model was established. Chris's career began at Perkin Elmer, where roles included LC Specialist and Field Service Engineer, focusing on customer satisfaction and technical support. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from DeVry University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
