Russell Watts

Russell Watts serves as the Senior Director of Global Market Development and Senior Director of Business Development & Marketing for EMEAI at SCIEX since February 2013, where responsibilities include managing a team of over 15 professionals focused on expanding market share in Mass Spectrometry and holding P&L accountability. Prior to SCIEX, Russell held several positions at Waters from March 2005 to January 2013, ranging from European Clinical/Forensic Business Manager to Senior Clinical Applications Scientist, where contributions encompassed coordinating global marketing strategies, training sales teams, and enhancing clinical solution offerings. Earlier experience includes roles at Safepharm as a Laboratory Analyst and the University of Nottingham as a Research Technician. Russell holds an M.B.A. from Alliance Manchester Business School and additional qualifications in strategic sales management and applied chemistry.
