Shaun Gray

Shaun Gray has over three decades of experience in the field service management of scientific instruments, currently serving as Director of Field Service for North Europe at SCIEX since 2013, with previous roles that spanned Director and Senior Regional Field Service Manager for the DACH region and other territories. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing service operations for chromatography and molecular products and overseeing the Chromatography Service Business Unit. Shaun’s career began at LKB Biochrom as a Service Engineer, followed by roles at Milligen/Biosearch, Waters, and Applied Biosystems, where responsibilities included managing service teams and supporting various spectroscopy and synthesis equipment. Shaun holds a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
