Federica Suardi

Federica Suardi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Federica currently works at SCIGILITY as a Team Leader and Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for business delivery, project planning and controlling, resource allocation, and hiring. Federica also helps customers adapt and thrive in the world of Data & AI. Federica joined SCIGILITY in February 2020 as a Professional Big Data Software Engineer, where they served as a Big Data/AI Architect and Data Engineer. Federica holds certifications in PSPO I, PSM I, and SAFe.

Before joining SCIGILITY, Federica worked at Credit Suisse as an Application Architect and Data Engineer from May 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Credit Suisse from May 2015 to April 2018.

Federica's earlier work experience includes a role as a C++ Developer at AIM Sport from March 2014 to March 2015. Federica also worked at ARTORG Center for Computer Aided Surgery, where they completed their Master's thesis from March 2013 to October 2013. Their thesis involved modeling and evaluating Optical Coherence Tomography volumes of patients with neurodegenerative diseases using Matlab.

Additionally, Federica has experience in the entertainment industry, specifically in entertainment for children. Federica worked at Fede&Rica intrattenimento per bambini from May 2010 to May 2013.

Federica's academic experience includes a Bachelor's thesis at the Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca - Imaging and Vision Laboratory. Their thesis focused on automatic color transfer on grayscale images, utilizing techniques such as PCA, k-means, and other instruments to cluster, match, and transfer colors between images.

Federica Suardi obtained their Diploma di liceo scientifico from Liceo Scientifico between 2003 and 2008, with a focus on Fisica e informatica. Federica then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2008 to 2011. Later, they completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2011 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Federica Suardi has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. Federica also obtained the CCA Spark and Hadoop Developer certification from Cloudera in July 2020. Moreover, in November 2020, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Their most recent certification, the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), was obtained in April 2021, also from Scrum.org.
