Juan Aranzamendez

Juan Aranzamendez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Juan began their career as a Customer/Technical Service Representative at Teletech from December 2008 to February 2010. Following this, they served as a Staff Physical Therapist at Calamba Doctors Hospital from March 2010 to March 2014, where they evaluated and treated patients while also providing training to interns as a Clinical Instructor.

In 2014, Juan worked as a Talent Acquisition professional at Confidential and Maxim Staffing Solutions. At Maxim Staffing Solutions, they were involved in nationwide talent acquisition, placing qualified candidates in healthcare positions. Juan also served as a Trainer at PSG Global Solutions from April 2015 to November 2017.

From November 2017 to February 2018, Juan worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter III at MATRIX Resources. Juan then joined Company Confidential as a Professional Development Specialist from March 2018 to October 2018.

Juan continued their career in recruitment, taking on various roles at SCIGON. Juan started as a Technical Recruiter in January 2019 and eventually became a Recruiting Team Lead from June 2021 to August 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Recruiting Manager at SCIGON, starting from August 2021.

In addition to their professional endeavors, Juan has also found joy and fulfillment as a Guitar Instructor at Improvise with Alo since 2017. Juan loves working with students of all ages and abilities, witnessing their growth and development in their skills and performance.

Juan Aranzamendez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from the University of Perpetual Help - Dr. Jose G. Tamayo Medical University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications in various fields. Some of their notable certifications include "Essential Mandarin in Two Hours with Paul Noble" and "How Managers Can Prevent Team Burnout," both obtained from LinkedIn in March 2023. Juan has also completed certifications such as "Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader," "Building Resilience as a Leader," and "Learning LinkedIn Recruiter," all obtained from LinkedIn in 2021. Juan has further expanded their knowledge by completing courses like "Performance-Based Hiring" from LinkedIn in July 2020, "Jazz Improvisation with Gary Burton at Berklee College of Music MOOC" from Coursera in June 2020, and "Technical Recruiting" from LinkedIn in June 2020. Additionally, they have acquired skills in music through courses like "The Professional Guitar Masterclass with Michael Palmisano of Guitargate" from Udemy in June 2020 and "The Complete Jazz Theory Course - Jazz Chords/Scales & More with Martin Cohen" from Udemy in May 2020.
