Erik Weertman

Erik Weertman has extensive experience in fiscal law, serving as a fiscal jurist at Scildon NL since May 1998, and as a senior fiscal jurist since May 1995. Erik provides broad fiscal and legal advice both internally and externally and has held the role of fraud coordinator since 2022. Additionally, Erik served as the secretary of the accountability board for Stichting pensioenfonds Legal & General from January 2015 to May 2022, overseeing the liquidation process of the pensioenfonds Scildon after a collective value transfer. Prior to these roles, Erik worked as a fiscal jurist at Delta Lloyd from April 1992 to May 1995. Erik's educational background includes a Master's degree in tax law from the University of Groningen, a diploma in pension insurance from Oysterwyck Hogeschool, and both HAVO and VWO diplomas from Meander College Zwolle.
