Herman Dupon

Herman Dupon is an experienced HR Director in Supply Chain at Albert Heijn, with a tenure dating back to May 1989, during which time responsibilities included overseeing multiple distribution centers and managing operational performance for numerous supermarkets. In addition to this role, Herman is also a co-owner of Dupon Coaching, which focuses on life-balance and reintegration issues, and serves on the supervisory board of Ahold Delhaize. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and multiple earlier degrees in economics and management.
