Ruth Karine Sitruk

Ruth Karine Sitruk is an experienced biotechnology engineer with a strong background in microbial fermentation and enzymatic catalysis. From February 2016 to January 2022, Ruth worked at NOVÉAL-L'Oréal group as a Biotechnology Engineer, focusing on microbial fermentation processes. Prior to this role, Ruth held an internship in enzymatic catalysis at the same company for six months in 2015. Academic training includes a Master of Engineering in Biochemical Engineering from University College London and an Engineer's degree in Process Engineering/Biotechnology from ENSIC, completed in 2015. Additional experience includes an R&D project in microbiological fermentation and bioconversion at University College London in 2014, and an internship on cellulose hydrolysis at the Weizmann Institute of Science in July 2014.
