Andiely Lu

Andiely Lu has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and investment industries. Andiely is currently a Senior Investment Manager at Lilly Asia Ventures, where they play a key role in investment decision-making. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at SciNeuro Pharmaceuticals and as the Director of Corporate Development at RONOVO Surgical. Andiely also held positions at CBC Group and Everest Medicines, where they focused on strategic planning, business development, and associate-level responsibilities. Before transitioning into the business world, Andiely worked as a Certified Surgeon at TongJi Hospital, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and as a Surgical Resident at the same institution. Andiely also gained experience as a Surgical Intern at Essen University Hospital, affiliated with the University of Duisburg-Essen.

Andiely Lu holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in GI Surgery from TongJi Medical College of HUST. They also have a degree in Exchange Residency with a focus on the Department of Abdominal and Transplant Surgery from the University of Duisburg-Essen. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
