Kaylee Chavez

Kaylee Chavez, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Recruitment at Scion Staffing, a position held since October 2018. Kaylee has a comprehensive recruitment background, having progressed from a Recruiter to Senior Recruiter and subsequently to Recruiting Manager at Scion Staffing. In addition, Kaylee is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to this role, Kaylee worked as a Staffing Coordinator at Apartment Advantage Staffing Services and gained experience as an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant at Greystar. Kaylee began a career in the legal field as a Legal Assistant at Schneider Kerr Law Offices. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Portland State University and an Associate of Arts from Portland Community College.
