Adrienne Younger

Adrienne Younger is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong focus on clinical documentation integrity. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Documentation Integrity at ScionHealth since September 2024, Adrienne previously held the role of Vice President of Clinical Documentation at Xtend Healthcare, LLC from August 2022 to September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as AVP of Clinical Documentation Integrity and Manager of CDI Education at Ardent Health Services from June 2015 to August 2022, and as RN, CCDS at BSA Health System from April 2006 to June 2012, where a promotion to Supervisor of the Compliant Documentation Program was attained in 2012. Adrienne holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science, Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Amarillo College, completed between 1997 and 2000.
