Tim O'Neal

Tim O'Neal currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for Ennis Regional Medical Center and Parkview Regional Hospital at ScionHealth, a position held since March 2023. O'Neal has an extensive background in healthcare leadership, including roles as Chief Nursing Officer and Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center from 2017 to 2023, where O'Neal led a team of 450 employees. Prior experience includes directing the General Medicine Service Line and managing two emergency departments at Thomas Health System from 2010 to 2017. O'Neal began a career in nursing at Saint Francis Hospital from 2001 to 2010, culminating as Emergency Department Director. O'Neal holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Charleston and Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Nursing from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College, respectively.
