Juergen Reess

Juergen Reess has held a variety of positions in the medical and pharmaceutical industries since 1994. Juergen began their career as a Clinical Research Physician at Sanofi Winthrop, followed by a role as Vice Director at Oberarzt' in the Neurological Clinic Dietenbronn GmbH. From 2000 to 2021, they were employed at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they held various roles including Head Division International Project Management, TA Head CNS, Head Corporate Department International Project Management Immunology and Oncology, and Vice President, Med TA Head CNS/General Medicine. In 2021, they became an Independent Pharma Consultant for Juergen Reess Pharma Consultant GmbH, a Clinical Consultant for Amylyx Pharmaceutical Inc, a Member of the Scientific Adv. Board CNS Pivotal Investment Fund for Nan Fung Life Sciences, and Chief Medical Officer for SciRhom. In 2022, they were appointed CEO and Board Member of Mogling Bio Inc and Managing Director of Cellerys AG, and they are also a Scientific Advisory Board Member for OVID.

Juergen Reess obtained their MD from Ulm University in 1989. Juergen then attended the Health Economics for Non-Health-Economists with Lieven Annemans in 2016. Juergen also took The Pharma Forecasting Course at CELforPharma in 2014, the BI Global Strategic Leadership Program at INSEAD in 2013, and the General Management Seminar for Executives at St. Galler Business School in 2007. Additionally, they attended C.E.L.forpharma's Health Economics for Non-Health-Economists.
