Bapurao Sangale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Bapurao started their career as a Research Chemist at Sai Advantium Pharma Ltd, now known as Sai Life Sciences, where they worked from July 2008 to February 2011. Bapurao then joined LUPIN LIMITED as a Research Associate, where they performed routine LCMS, HPLC, GC, GCMS, CHNS&Cl analysis and Mass Based Prep-Purification. Bapurao held this position from March 2011 to May 2015. Following that, Bapurao worked as an Associate Scientist at LUPIN LIMITED, continuing their responsibilities in routine LCMS, HPLC, GC, GCMS, CHNS&Cl analysis, as well as performing head-space GC analysis for residual solvents determination. In October 2020, they took on an additional role at Persistent Systems as a Domain QA-Manual Tester, where they focused on manual testing, including test case creation and execution, adhoc testing, integration testing, and bug logging and verification.

Bapurao Sangale began their education in 2000 at V.P ASC College in Baramati, affiliated with the University of Pune. Bapurao pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and completed their studies in June 2006. Following this, from 2006 to 2008, Bapurao attended Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Analytical Chemistry.
