Rakesh Kante

Rakesh Kante has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Rakesh started their career in 2008 as a Junior Research Scientist at Inventia Healthcare Pvt Ltd., where they focused on formulation product lifecycle and troubleshooting of scientific instruments. Rakesh then worked at Persistent System, Ltd as a Domain Lead, leading a team and transferring product knowledge. After that, they joined Tech Mahindra as a Team Lead, where they implemented scientific data management systems and performed manual testing.

Rakesh then joined Syngene International Limited as a Junior Manager, where they closely tracked project deliverables, reviewed business processes, and implemented and validated scientific applications. Rakesh subsequently worked at Accenture as a Team Lead, ensuring the successful migration of Enterprise SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP HANA.

In 2017, Rakesh joined SUN PHARMA as a Manager in IT, specializing in validation of enterprise applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Rakesh was later promoted to Senior Manager Corporate Quality IT, where they defined end-to-end validation strategies.

Most recently, Rakesh joined Scitara Corporation as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing program management and leading teams.

Rakesh Kante began their education in 1990 at Padmashree Dr D. Y. Patil public school in Pune, where they completed their SSC. Rakesh then attended the Institute of Pharmacy from 2001 to 2003 and obtained a Diploma in Pharmacy. Later, from 2006 to 2008, Rakesh pursued their Masters in Pharmaceutical Analysis with a specialization in Analytical Chemistry at Savitribai Phule Pune University.
