Scott Sawyer

Scott Sawyer is a highly experienced civil engineer with a career spanning over three decades in project management and transportation. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Project Manager at SCJ Alliance since May 2009, Scott has previously held senior project management roles at WHPacific Inc and CH2M HILL, as well as a Director of Transportation position at Entranco. Scott began as a Project Manager at RBF Consulting, showcasing a consistent trajectory of leadership and expertise in the field. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
