Anup Sheth is an experienced construction cost consultant, currently working with TBD Consultants since January 2019. Previously, Anup held roles as a Cost Consultant, Cost Manager, and Estimator at Linesight, contributing to a significant $900 million Data Center Complex project for a high-profile confidential client. At Construction Santé Montréal, Anup served as a Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Estimator, overseeing multiple contracts for the $2 billion CHUM Hospital Complex, the largest hospital in North America. Anup's expertise extends to MEP design management and estimation, with a solid foundation in advanced engineering theory as a former private tutor. Anup holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering from Concordia University and a Diplomas d’études Collégial in Pure and Applied Sciences from Champlain College.
