Frank Marhauser

Frank Marhauser possesses extensive experience in accelerator sciences, currently serving as a Senior Accelerator Scientist and Project Engineer at SCK CEN since September 2021, while also leading the RF and Cryogenic Unit. Prior to this, Frank held key roles at Jefferson Lab from 2014 to 2021, including Senior Accelerator Scientist and Staff Physicist, where responsibilities encompassed the design and optimization of superconducting radiofrequency (SRF) accelerators. Frank also contributed significantly as a Senior Scientist and Vice President of RF Technology at Muons, Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Earlier experience includes a physicist position at BESSY, now Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin. Frank Marhauser holds a PhD in Physics from Goethe University Frankfurt.
