Jenice Turner

Jenice Turner serves as Assistant Director of the Consumer & Support Services Department at SCLARC. Ms. Turner began her career with SCLARC as a Program Manager in 2008, and has also held the positions of Program Manager II and Chief of Case Management during her career with the agency.

Currently, Ms. Turner shares responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. While carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, Ms. Turner has direct oversight of placement and transfer units. She serves as a case management liaison to internal committees and collaborates with outside agencies and community partners.

Ms. Turner actively participates in compliance and risk mitigation reviews, prepares written responses to inquiries and statistical reports, analyzes SCLARC’s trending data, and coordinates internal case management audits. She possesses excellent leadership skills and has been instrumental in policy development and program implementation.
