Lorenzo Monti

Lorenzo Monti is a seasoned professional in project and digital management, currently serving as Manager of Digital Projects, Process and Competences Improvement, and Service Process Improvement at Scm Group since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at SACMI Packaging & Chocolate S.p.A. from May 2015 to June 2017, overseeing project execution for advanced wrapping systems, and as Project Engineer at Tetra Pak from January 2014 to April 2015, focusing on product life-cycle management for packaging solutions.
