Natascia Mondaini

Natascia Mondaini is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager Subsidiaries at Scm Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Natascia spent over two decades at Technogym in various HR management positions, including Global Team Development HR Manager and International HR Manager, overseeing corporate HR processes and strategies. Natascia also has a background in executive coaching as a Coach ACC with the International Coach Federation, and earlier experience in recruitment and personnel administration with Duca D'Aosta SpA and Manpower.
