Chandler Joel Reedy

Chandler Joel Reedy is a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus in New York and is responsible for late-stage investments in the technology and business services sectors. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2004, he was with UBS Investment Bank in the Financial Sponsors and the Mergers and Acquisitions groups. Mr. Reedy is currently a Director of AlliedUniversal, Endurance International Group, MultiView, and SCM Insurance Services. He has also been involved in a number of the firm’s historical investments including ACAMS, CAMP Systems International, ConstructConnect (formerly iSqFt), Coyote Logistics, FIS (formerly Metavante Technologies), Grupo GPS, Institutional Shareholder Services, Interactive Data Corporation, Mission Motors, New Breed Logistics, NYFIX, Wall Street Systems and Yodlee. Mr. Reedy received an A.B. cum laude in economics from Harvard College.
