Jeffrey Stein

Jeffrey Stein is a principal at Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm with more than $44 billion of assets under management focused on growth investing. Mr. Stein joined Warburg Pincus in 2006 and focuses on investments in the financial services sector, out of the firm’s New York office. During his tenure at Warburg Pincus, Mr. Stein has been involved in deals across most financial services sub-sectors, including insurance, asset management, wealth management, banks, and specialty finance. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Stein worked in the Firmwide Strategy Group and Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs. He holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
