Christine Rigg, LCSW, has extensive work experience in the social work field. Christine began their career at SCO Family of Services in 2006, where they worked as a Caseworker in Therapeutic Foster Care. Christine later became a Supervisor in Preventive Services, a role they held from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Suffolk Independent Living Organization as the Regional Director of the NHTD Medicaid Waiver Program, and later became the Director of Medicaid Programs in 2015. In 2016, they returned to SCO Family of Services as the Director of Health Care Integration, a position they held until 2019 when they became the Director of Operations for Care Management. Currently, they hold the role of Divisional Director in Community Health & Wellness at SCO Family of Services.
Christine Rigg, LCSW earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University from 2002 to 2004. Lastly, Christine Rigg completed an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Science with a Biology Option from Suffolk County Community College from 1998 to 2002.
