Keegan W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple years.
Starting in 2016, Keegan worked as an intern for the National MS Society, where they assisted with organizing and promoting two Multiple Sclerosis Walks. They were responsible for contacting and coordinating vendors, attendees, DJs, and mascots for the walks, as well as assisting with fundraising and community outreach.
In the same year, Keegan also worked as a Community Outreach Intern for Advoz: Mediation & Restorative Practices.
From 2016 to 2018, Keegan served as a Senior Coach and AmeriCorps member for College Possible at George Washington High School in Philadelphia. In this role, they provided college preparation sessions and individual support to high school seniors, helping them with various tasks such as completing the FAFSA, applying to colleges, attending campus visits, and obtaining scholarships.
In 2018, Keegan joined LUCY Outreach as a College and Career Coordinator. They led the College and Career program at Lifting Up Camden's Youth, facilitating and assisting programming for youth involved in the program. This included SAT prep, college application assistance, financial aid guidance, resume building, essay writing, interview preparation, leadership development, and mentorship building. Keegan also communicated and advocated with universities and schools on behalf of the youth, coordinating campus visits and programming at various institutions. They held this role until October 2020.
Currently, Keegan is employed as a Customer Success Manager at Scoir, Inc., starting in August 2021.
Keegan W.'s education history starts in 2012 at La Salle University, where they pursued a field of study in Journalism and a minor in Spanish. This period lasted until 2013. Following that, Keegan W. attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Studies.
