Steven Beyers

Steven Beyers has a strong background in software engineering, with experience working in various roles and industries. Steven is currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Scoir, Inc., where they manage full stack teams to develop solutions for prospective college students. Steven is skilled in Go for backend development and React/TypeScript for web app development.

Prior to their current role, Steven worked as a Consultant at Chariot Solutions, providing their expertise to clients. Steven was responsible for various consulting projects during their time there.

Before Chariot Solutions, Steven was a Manager at CapTech Ventures, Inc. With a specialization in iOS development, they designed, developed, and fixed numerous mobile applications. In addition, they took on project lead responsibilities, wrote proposals, and participated in sales meetings.

Steven began their career as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they planned, conducted, and coordinated software development activities. Steven designed, developed, documented, tested, and debugged software solutions for business and mission problems.

Prior to Lockheed Martin, Steven worked as a Database Administrator at Eastern University. Steven managed SQL databases and maintained .Net applications that worked with those databases.

Steven Beyers earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007. Steven'smajor was Computer Science and they also completed a minor in Criminology. In June 2013, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
